you know, Mark, it could also be a camel who's humps have come to life and developed personalities and gender identities of their own....
Camels don't have ears like that. Besides the horse looks a bit disturbed. I think Mark is right, these are people pimples.

lol, looks like the people are pimples on the backs of that horse. Would you call that a "Dude" and "Dudette"?
